When you place an order on Divine Beauty you will receive an 'Order Confirmation' email.

Contact our team via the 'contact us form'. Please provide the order number, an explanation of the problem and a photo proof of any faults/damages. This should be done ASAP, in order for us to assess and action your enquiries.
Our team will then assess the product(s) and get in contact with you.
Please contact us via our 'contact us' page before sending/returning any product(s). All forms of communication must be in English.
When returning a product, please include your full name and the order number on the package; this is for referencing purposes. This will enable a smooth and accelerated resolution process.
If your packaged items are damaged during transit or during the delivery process, please take a photo and contact us. This will assist us in providing feedback to the shipping company.
Makeup Returns:
Please choose carefully, due to hygiene reasons and customer safety, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on any cosmetics for change of mind. However, if the product is faulty upon arrival, we will offer an alternative solution. To return a faulty product, please contact us ASAP via our website.

We endeavour to assist with anything that arrives to you in a faulty state. In order to assess a change of mind request, we need the product(s) to be returned (at buyers expense) in the original packaging, new and unused.
** When making a return, it is recommended to track the parcel. This is to avoid any disappointment. Divine Beauty holds no responsibility if any parcels are lost when making a return.**
Once the items are received and assessed, either a refund or store credit will be provided. All change of mind refunds are handled on a case by case basis. An outcome will be reached by a member of the Divine Beauty team.
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns on products that have been used, please choose carefully to avoid disappointment.
Please be aware that it is the buyers responsibility to make sure the correct address is entered when making an order on Divine Beauty.
If the wrong address is entered and/or the parcel cannot be delivered, Divine Beauty my be notified and appropriate actions can be taken.
If we receive the returned parcel, we will be in contact with you.
If this occurs and the parcel is in the same condition as it was when being dispatched;
1. We can refund you the order amount less the shipping cost that was initially paid and a further $10 AUD will be removed for restocking fees OR
2. We can resend the item(s). However, you will be required to pay for shipping again.
If we do not hear from you within 7 days of initial contact, we will proceed with option 1 stated above. Please make sure your address matches the delivering location of the parcel before confirming your order. Ensure the correct address for PayPal is selected if you are using this payment method when finalising the order.
If we receive an undelivered parcel that has been unclaimed or the payment of customs fees is not met and all the items in the parcel are in good sellable condition, there are two outcomes we can provide:
1. We can refund you the order amount less the shipping cost that was initially paid and a further $10 AUD will be removed for restocking fees OR
2.We can resend the item(s). However, you will be required to pay for shipping again. If we do not hear from you within 7 days of initial contact, we will proceed with option 1 stated above.
Once your parcel has been collected by our courier, Divine Beauty cannot guarantee an exact delivery day/time.
ADDRESS DETAILS: Please write your full address. For example, if the text box field says 'street name and number' write the street number followed by the full street name with the correct corresponding suffix (eg. street, road, avenue, place etc.)
It is the buyers responsibility to provide the correct address when finalising an order. Divine Beauty will not cover parcels that go missing due to incorrect addresses provided when checking out.
Due to the high volume of orders we receive, your dispatch notification will be sent to you within 48hours.
Orders are processed within the office hours of Monday to Friday 9am-4pm. Any orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following weekday.
Products and/or shipping costs on the website are subject to price increases at any time.

If you wish to cancel your order please email info@divine-beauty.co as soon as possible. We try our best to ship out orders and once an order is dispatched we can not cancel the order. Order Cancellations will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.
Definitely! Eyelashes can be used at least for more then one occasion, if handled with care. So, if you want to use them again, clean and store them properly. If handled correctly, they can be worn up to 7 times for human hair lashes. To clean and store the false lashes, use a q-tip and eye makeup remover to clean off any remaining adhesive, eyeliner, or mascara. Then store the lashes in the clamp shell packaging they came in.
